The
Lion Square Lodge is our preferred and primary hotel site
for the wedding weekend. We have made arrangements for great pricing
(i.e. hotel rooms are $81 instead of $135/night), and we'd love
to see as many of you there as possible! Room rates are good for
Wednesday, September 26th through October 1st so feel free to
stay and relax an extra couple of days in the rich mountain air.
As an added bonus the hotel is at the base of Vail mountain and
next door to where the wedding and reception will take place.
This is the hotel we will be staying at Friday, Saturday and Sunday
evening (Sep. 28, 29, 30).
For
reservations with our special wedding rate at the Lion Square
Lodge, please call 800-525-5788 and give them the Fisher/O'Neill
wedding party name to get the proper rates. We've listed rates
below so you can make sure to get the right rates! Don't use the
Internet to book or you probably won't get the best rates.
NOTE: Reservations are on a space-available basis, so make
your reservations as soon as possible. If you cannot get space
at the Lion Square we suggest the economical Lionshead
Inn at 970.476.2050 or 1-800-283-VAIL, which is almost next
door. They have rooms from $80. Also try the upscale Vail
Mountain Haus in the hip Vail Village, just down the road
a mile and along the shuttle route (runs every 8-10 minutes).
If you would like other choices, please contact us and we'd be
happy to offer a few others that are close by.

Vail, contact us for

Location
to Kaltenberg Castle (location of wedding and reception) from
Lion Square Lodge: Physically next to it (sort of behind it
if you're in the main parking lot/entrance area of the hotel)
and on-mountain. Both Kaltenberg and Lion Square are at the base
of the Lionshead / Eagle Bahn Gondola going up the (now-dry) slopes.
